The annual Woman’s Christmas Tea will be held on Saturday Dec. 10 from 1 to 3pm in Fellowship Hall.  Two signup sheets are posted in the foyer, one for those who want to decorate a table and another for those who want to attend.

$7 per adult, $4 children 10 & under / no charge for Table Hostesses

Ruth Ann Austad has catalogs for anyone wanting to order Rada Cutlery.  All orders must be made by October 2.  All proceeds will benefit the purchase of Recovery Bibles for Narcotics Anonymous.  Please give your orders to Ruth Ann.

Looking ahead … the Mission Board will be participating in the 2022 Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Ministry.

The booklets for September, October and November have arrived and are distributed throughout the church.

Our college ministry is collecting addresses whether new this year or the same as last year) for our college students.  They would include children and grandchildren of our congregation.  If they would like to be remembered and prayed for this coming college year, please call the church office or see Linda Clayton.  Thank You

Our Mission Board is supporting this effort by making Raffle Baskets. Anyone interested in donating a Basket, contact Eleanor Keenan at 724-834-4306.  You can also make a monetary donation and the Mission Board will make a Basket for you.

OGHS is one of 4 annual offerings of American Baptist Churches & is collected during the month of June.

Offerings to support OGHS will continue to strengthen American Baptist Churches’ presence all over the world: providing water to the thirsty, food for the hungry, hope for the weary, and help when disaster strikes.  When you give to One Great Hours of Sharing, your generosity ensures that, even during uncertainty, the transforming power of love continues to change the world.

The 2022 Senior Farmers’ Market Program provides eligible seniors with checks to purchase produce grown in Pennsylvania.  The program is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, provides eligible individuals four $6.00 checks to use at any participating Farmers’ Market to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables.  Checks can be used from June 1 until November 30, 2022. 

Applications, Sign up Schedule and Locations, and a list of Farmers’ Markets and Stands are located on the bulletin board in the foyer.  (Dana has extra copies if you need more)
